    They are family owned and operated they are out my way that's not why I gave you the 5 but they do very well for who for when they starting everything they've made their own little business and make sure that we're happy and they're happy and they have just about anything you can think of if they don't have it they will order for you that's why I had to give him a five they always make a customer satisfaction happy as the best bologna sandwich I've ever ate my life and all the deli meats premium in some of the best I've had in don't know where to get it so I give this a 5-star rating

    Over my 2.5 year tenure with this CU there have been several things that have made me wish I would have looked elsewhere, from their sub-par credit cards to their horrible customer service. Today I was charged $32 for a check that bounced, the first time I have ever bounced a check. This was an oversight on my part as I am currently in the process of moving all my money out of this bank to another bank. They were unwilling to work with me even though I have never had any negative balance issues in the past. The rep was unsympathetic and just didn't care. A few tellers in the Milpitas branch are also very unprofessional. Stay away.

    Mr Howard was very attentive and professional. However I felt as though a more aggressive stance could’ve been taken in my case. I was shoehorned into a custody agreement that is not working for either party at this time.

    I switched over to Allstate because I wanted a company that was in town and one that I could stop by and talk to or call a real person that knew who I was. Mr. Shah has been that person. With any changes or questions, he or his staff have helped me and my husband quickly make the best choice for our needs and again, one person that knows me, and always answers the phone. Not press 1 for English... THAT means a lot!!!
